VILLA INFINITUM

Is located in Pogonia, right by the Ionian Sea.
The villa is located in a bay, protected by several islands.
This makes the sea look like a lake, which makes swimming very pleasant.
Believe me, this sea is the most beautiful in Europe.

We have visited France, Portugal, Sardinia, Sicily Amalfi, Marbella and Croatia
but nowhere did we find such a calm, warm and pure sea that gave access to small intimate beaches.

Lefkada is only a half an hour drive, mainly known by sailors,
where there are hundreds of sailboats, catamarans, not to mention super yachts in the summer.
Definitely worth a visit!

STUDIO

Our guest house, on the right side below the villa, is 37m² with a private terrace of 33m² with an infinite ocean view (INFINITUM).

The full rental area is 70 m² with a separate entrance at the side of the street side and parking.

The studio consists of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area.

It is cozy and warmly decorated, ideal for a romantic couple getaway.

The kitchenette is well equipped with 5 Miele appliances.

On the terrace you can find an outdoor table for 6 people and 2 sunbeds.

In the guest house there is floor heating and cooling, air conditioning , an air heating system and an alarm system.

Er zijn nog geen stapstenen geplaatst naar beneden tot het strand (om privacy redenen).

To reach the quiet idyllic beach in front of the house, you only have to walk 100 meters.


We are living above the guest house, so in case of questions or problems we are close by.

Pool

There is a public pool nearby. Most visitors come for the unique sea which is shallow, warm and without waves. You can enjoy the beautiful little beaches and the beach bars, which can also be found within walking distance.

Beachbar

The cozy beaches, completely secluded, intimate or with beach bars. These beach bars are within walking distance,
a cozy beach can be found in front of the guest house. Or 4 to 5 km further away for desolate little beaches.

Breakfast

There is a bakery in the village and supermarkets are accessible at +/- 4 km.
You can also have breakfast in one of the cozy beach bars/restaurants nearby +/- 750m.


In the summer months there is a breakfast bar within 75 m walking distance.

Boats

You can rent a boat (5 pers.) at Anna 80 eur/day in Palairos or in Mytikas nemo boat +30 6947 990 751 directly at the islands of Kastos and Kalamos highly recommended.

Even better rent a sailing yacht with captain determine your route yourself +/- 400 eur/day max. 8 people food and drink included. DIVA Sailing Yacht Paleros +30 6942 817 116 (these Greeks speak Dutch) directly at the islands of Kastos and Kalamos highly recommended.

LOCATIOIN

Air traffic

There is a direct connection via Amsterdam – Preveza (Aktion airport). Through www.transavia.nl or www.skyscanner.nl
From Preveza airport it is only a 25 min drive to the villa. These flights are available from April to October.

Since the flight in Amsterdam is often very early in the morning, there is the possibility to spend the night there. This is possible at the NH Hotel Schiphol Airport. This is near the airport.
You have the option to get a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The car can remain in their secured parking lot. Or you can park your car in one of the car parks in Schiphol,
this one has different price ranges, maybe the hotel with parking is cheaper!

View the "Park Sleep Fly package", this can be done with or without breakfast.

  • It is 1 hour drive from Igoumenitsa to Pogonia .

Rent a car /boat/scooter /quad /mountain bike :

The car is brought to the airport in Preveza or to the villa. When it is chosen to place the car at the villa, you can be picked up by them at the airport. You can also rent a car directly at the airport Hertz, Avis, Europcar etc.
